Widdershins beef is strictly Grass-fed.  Our beef animals do not receive any commercial grain at any time, once they are weaned they forage in our pastures or in the winter eat hay from our hay fields.  Animals can vary slightly in marbling and therefore flavor, depending on how each individual gains.  Grass-fed beef is like eating "wild" beef.

Grass-fed beef is leaner yet has more flavor than confinement raised beef.  It is higher in
Omega 3 & 6, Vitamin C and Lineonic Acid,
all good for heart health.  Grass-fed beef in generally lower in cholesterol than chicken, and has NO HORMONES, ANTIBIOTICS OR PESTICIDE RESIDUES because it has
never eaten corn based grain!

Widdershins cut availability depends on the season.
In the winter we offer ground beef, stew meat, tenderloin & roasts.
In the summer grilling steaks are available.
